AfterMuch of Marbella’s housing went up between the 1970s and the 1990s, and the flat roofs, terraces and rendered walls of that era are now at the age where membranes, flashings and coatings give up at the same time. A stain on a bedroom ceiling in Nueva Andalucía is as likely to come from a terrace upstairs as from the roof.
We work across Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara, Nueva Andalucía, Elviria, Las Chapas and the urbanisations up the hill. The usual calls: water through a flat roof after a storm, damp along a ground-floor wall, gutters pouring down the facade because the outlets have not been cleared in years, and render that has cracked and come away in the heat.
