How we work

Most of the calls we get start with a stain, a damp patch or a gutter pouring down a wall. The visible damage is rarely where the problem began, so the first thing we do is find the route the water has taken.

Then we tell you plainly what has failed, what can stay, and what it costs. If a local repair will last, that is what we quote. If the whole roof, wall or surface has reached the end of its life, we say so, because patching it would waste your money.

We are a small team. The person who looks at your house is the person who repairs it, and you have their number.
