What we found

Rust and algae staining down the whole gable where water had been running off a blocked gutter and a leaking downpipe.

What we did

Fixed the drainage first, then cleaned and treated the render, repaired the cracked areas and recoated the elevation with a breathable exterior finish.

The result

A clean, even wall that sheds water instead of soaking it up.
